And just like that it's over! (well not quite) ;P
It's been an epic 30 days and we cannot thank you enough for believing in us and supporting our project! With your help, we were able to raise just over AU $51,300 and that means we can fund the rest of Daytrippers' production costs, plus unlock a few additional perks for you!
Here's a quick rundown of the next steps, from here:
1. Kickstarter needs to transfer over the funds so we have the money to make the rewards (this can take up to two weeks).
2. We have to find out what Daytripper colour you want (Tan or Black) and where we need to ship them. Weβll send out a BackerKit survey to collect this information.
Weβll give you a heads-up before we send the survey so that you can watch for it. You donβt need to create a BackerKit account to answer your survey. The invitation email contains a link to your personal survey. It is important to submit your responses as quickly as you can since we need this information to process your rewards.
If you need to change your survey responses, purchase add-on items, or update your shipping information, you can click the link in your survey email again or request your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page. (This page will only start working after we send the surveys out.)
If you prefer, you can contact us directly and provide your information, but answering your survey will help us get your rewards out to you faster. BackerKit helps us save lots of time by streamlining everything to make it easy to process your pledge reward shipments.
If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey link is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact me.

We are so excited to have hit our 2nd stretch goal with a little under 10 days left of our campaign! Thanks for helping us get this far!Β
We also promised that we would send some pictures of the carabiners that will accompany your tan/black DAYTRIPPER, after hitting Stretch Goal 1.Β (Note: backers who pledged for a tier that includes more than one DAYTRIPPER will be provided with the same amount of carabiners. e.g. 2 carabiners for Twin Pack and 4 carabiners for Four Pack.)
Now that we have unlocked our 2nd stretch goal backers will be able to vote for the third DAYTRIPPER leather colour (from the 4 colours below). Voting will open after the campaign wraps up and the colour with the most votes will go into production! All Daytripper backers will also receive 20% off when the colour is released. Β

Another day, another unbelievable achievement by all our backers!!
We have now crossed over $27,000 and just under a day since the announcement, which is absolutely incredible! We can't thank you all enough for this amazing achievement!
Now that the 1st Stretch Goal has been unlocked ALL our backers will receive a matching carabiner with a leather strap for FREE. Once the campaign ends backers will be able to choose their DAYTRIPPER colour and we'll match it up with a carabiner for you.Β
We will be releasing more images of this beautiful design very soon, so stay tuned. And let's keep this great momentum going to get to our 2nd Stretch Goal where we'll be aiming for an additional raise of AU$18,000 (US$12,970) to reach AU$45,000 (US$32,350).

Another quick update with some exciting news! π£ π£Β
As we finish the first day of our Kickstarter campaign we wanted to announce some stretch goals to keep the great momentum we have going.
Our first stretch goal is a beautiful custom carabiner with a leather strap which matches your Daytripper, whether you choose black or tan leather. And the best part is, once this is unlocked all backers who pledged to receive a DAYTRIPPER will receive one for FREE. To unlock this first tier an additional AU$9,000 (US$6,480) will need to be reached on top of our AU$18,000 pledge goal or a total raise of AU$27,000 (US$19,410).
Our second stretch goal will allow all backers to vote for a new DAYTRIPPER colour to go into production. We will curate a list of colours and pictures to go along each one so that backers will be able to choose what colour they favour the most. To unlock this first tier an additional AU$18,000 (US$12,970) will need to be reached on top of our AU$9,000 stretch goal or a total raise of AU$45,000 (US$32,350).Β
